My Story

I lived in half a dozen places around the world before choosing Northern Virginia as my forever home. That background shapes how I work with relocating families, military households, and clients making decisions on compressed timelines.

My client work spans first-time buyers, downsizers, relocations, and luxury properties. The common thread is preparation: understanding what matters most, narrowing the right tradeoffs, and making each step feel organized.

My design background helps sellers shape staging, photography, room purpose, and buyer perception. For buyers, that same eye helps separate cosmetic noise from lasting value.

I believe strong representation should feel calm, organized, and clear. Clients should understand what is happening, why it matters, and what choices they have before the next decision.

Whether the move is across town or across the country, my role is to protect the plan, anticipate friction, and keep the work moving with practical, steady guidance.
